Typing

If I had a choice, I would hand write everything.

Sure it hurts really bad after a while, but I think it is totally worth it. (Keep in mind that I am a righty and I don't have to deal with all the smudgy-horrors of being a lefty) The main reason has to be because I hate typing. I was never any good at it, and I still can't type without staring at the keyboard. It sucks. When I was younger, I always just got my mom to type up my stuff for me. See, it seemed like a good idea at the time. I mean, who doesn't want a free stenographer at any given moment? I sure did!

But now, I can't type well. And I feel like you really need to be able to type well to get along in the Modern World. Back in the days of Thoroughly Modern Millie, stenogs would just type for you and life was peachy! Everyone was happy in their cute little flapper dresses and they all just tap danced around all the time... oh wait... that is just in musical theatre.

Well that is how it SHOULD be.

Do you ever wish life was like a musical? At least the good parts of musicals (Take out all the heartbreak and the drama)? Well I, for one, would be perfectly happy having people break out into random song and dance all the time. I think it would be great! Well, it would be great if everyone had good voices, but I still think it could be super fun!

And this is where I stop, have JD moment, and realize... my life is kinda like that already. With the amount of time I spend in the RMA and with the theatre and techies of my dear school, I get my fair share of singing and dancing at any given moment. It is great!
